Top 5 Places to view the Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia

As soon as someone talks about Malaysia, I have the picture of Petronas Twin towers right in front of me. These twin skyscrapers once were the tallest structures in the world and are still the most important landmarks of Kuala Lumpur. Everyone who has a trip to Malaysia planned, definitely has the visit to the twin towers on the top. I have spent quite a few years in Malaysia so I have a strong idea on which rooftop place offers the best view of the Twin Towers.

1) Regalia Apartments:
The first is the Regalia. Regalia Residence is one of the residential service apartments which situated next to the Sunway Putra Mall. Everything about this Residential is amazing but the highlight of this place is the infinity pool it has. The pool overlooks the magnificent towers and it is just mesmerising to swim while you have a view like that.

Address: No. 2, Jalan Anjung Putra, Off, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50480, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

2) Traders Hotel:
The next, Traders Hotel, is as amazing as the Regalia. Set on the 33rd floor of the hotel, the award-winning Sky Bar is one of the KL’s coolest rooftop bars. You can view the Petronas while you’re sipping your cocktail and tell me what better way to enjoy your drink than this?

Address: Persiaran KLCC, Kuala Lumpur City Centre, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

3) KL Tower:
The Kuala Lumpur tower (KL tower) is the 7th tallest freestanding tower in the world and also offers a 360-degree view of the city. It is easily the most popular landmark of Malaysia along with the Petronas. Try going for a brunch to the tower and enjoy a plate full of goodness with a sparkling view of the magnificent towers!

Address: No. 2 Jalan Punchak, Off, Jalan P Ramlee, Kuala Lumpur, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

4) Roofino Skydining & Bar:
About 10 mins walk from iconic twin towers is this newly opened rooftop bar naming the Roofino. This bar/restaurant provides a very different view of the twin towers as opposed to other rooftop bars. Be it sunset or mid day the view is not going to dissapoint you. The menu has a range of items from cocktails to fresh juices and from steaks to burgers with a very affordable price set. Tip: visit this restaurant during the sunset hours and you wont be able to get your eyes off the view.

Address: 338, Jalan Tun Razak, Kampung Datuk Keramat, 55000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

5) Bukit Tabur:
The fifth and also my favourite place to view the towers from is the Bukit Tabur, a hill in Selangor. The peak offers view of the dam and panoramic views of Kuala Lumpur from the north. I am a fan of hiking and how rewarding is it to hike up high and witness a view of the famous Towers on one side and, lakes and dense green forest on the other? So pack your hiking shoes and don’t miss out on this adventure!

Kuala Lumpur is a very vibrant city that gives its tourists the best days of their lives! This city will make a home in your heart that you wouldn’t want to let go off ever. Petronas is just one part of this city but make sure you view it from every angle possible and come back with some life long experiences.
